The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development offers learning and development support, services and resources for all Victorians, from birth through to adulthood.

Access and Equity Grants Program
A program that funds partnerships between registered training organisations (RTOs) to develop a service delivery model that supports training and employment pathways for hard to reach learners.

LLENs and Other Networks
Helping to improve training and employment options for young people from 10 to 19 years – especially those at risk of making poor transitions from compulsory schooling to the next stage of their lives and careers.

Regional Career Development Officers
Supporting education and training providers throughout the state by increasing the capacity of careers practitioners to deliver improved services to students and young people.

School University Liaison Officers
Working with universities to improve the number of students from all backgrounds enrolling in higher education.

Transition to School Initiative
An initiative developed to guide families, early childhood services and schools to make sure all Victorian children have a positive experience when first starting school.

Workplace Learning Coordinators
Available in each Local Learning and Employment Network to make work placements, apprenticeships, traineeships and work experience easier for students, employers and education and training providers.

Youth Partnerships
Supporting young people experiencing problems by designing new ways for the education, youth and family support, justice, homelessness and mental health sectors to work more collaboratively.
