Career and Transition Programs

Career and Transition programs provide assistance in skills development and exploring career paths and opportunities in targeted industry areas.

  • Programs are offered as one to five days in duration and involve training providers and employers showcasing learning as a purposeful and meaningful experience.
  • Our range of career and transition programs increase promotion and knowledge of local skills shortages and skills development; and increase participation and engagement in vocational or employment programs. Click here for the latest program on offer.

Current Career and Transition Programs include:


A work readiness program for young people of refugee and migrant backgrounds delivered in collaboration with Foundation House and Centre for Multicultural Youth.


EmpowerME is designed to provide learners with the tools and resources to devise effective pathway planning and prepare for the workforce

Ready Set Work

Ready Set Work is a six day program to help young people ages 15 years old or above prepare for work.
