In 2016, as the lead organisation for two consortiums , IMVC was awarded the Transition to Work contract (2016 – 2020) as a provider for Inner Melbourne and Western Melbourne.


  • Youth Start Services is a consortium of three youth community organisations – IMVC, Jesuit Social Services and Taskforce.
  • Our services are offered across the Inner Melbourne Metropolitan Region and are located in Cheltenham, Collingwood, Flemington, Melbourne and Brunswick.

  • STRIVE Services is a Transition to Work consortium made up of three youth community organisations – IMVC, Jesuit Social Services, YouthNow and subcontractor AMES Australia.
  • Our services are offered to young people aged 15-21 years across the Western Melbourne Region – located in Footscray, Sunshine and Werribee.
